Green Day Smoothie
Don’t worry, this smoothie won’t punk you out at the AMA’s. The Green Day Smoothie is comprised of kale, frozen pineapple, and plain yogurt. Add a quarter cup of water into your blender and spin until smooth.
Simple Fruit and Yogurt
Here’s what you’re going to need: strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Mix these frozen fruits up with a base of either yogurt or coconut water until it’s all smooth. Leave the smoothie in the refrigerator for hot day of studying and you’ll be thanking us.
