Take a bite out of summer with this protein packed, fruity smoothie. You’ll be blending a peeled banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and some crushed ice together until it is smooth and ready to drink. There’s another twist you can add to this if you feel like bulking up on your fruit serving: add a sliced up, cored apple to the original blend. This smoothie blends milk, honey, and a banana together in order to get your morning going on the right foot. Bananas have healthy, natural sugar that serves your body far better than those sugar laden cereals.
