Christofer Nardelli owned the four-year-old restaurant. He had loyal customers who liked coming into his restaurant even several times a month. His absolute favorite meal on the menu was the gumbo. It was a chicken and andouille sausage base that had dark roux paired with an Old Chub Scotch Ale. Can you even imagine how delicious that must be?

Not to mention, they would add in all the new things that were going on at the restaurant. The chef even mailed customers personally at times. One customer asked the chef when the gumbo would be served so he would know when to come to the restaurant.
