Pets are adorable and all, but they can also be sneaky! They like to claim certain items in the house for themselves, for one thing. There are also times when they surprise us by squeezing into the unlikeliest objects in the house. Do not get us wrong. We find it completely cute too! After all, there is nothing quite like finding a Great Dane trying to fit himself on the couch. The same goes for a cat all curled up in a plant pot. These hilarious photos just prove to us the old adage that goes, “If it fits, I sit!” We only wish that we were anywhere near as flexible as these adorable creatures are. Have you ever seen your pets in the same position? We bet you have!
The Sweetest Bouquet For You
Even though their fur makes Pomeranians look fluffy, they are actually tiny creatures. This photo should convince you that this is the case. This pooch had been standing inside a flower vase with his fur all puffed out. He did not seem to care that he was standing on his hind legs. As a matter of fact, he looks pretty comfortable in there! It is smiling, eyes closed, as if this was the best spot he has ever seen.
We can just tell that this cat likes to be out in nature. After all, there was no other reason it would get so up close and personal with that house plant. This feline crawled into a pot with a small tree in it before using her body to wrap around the trunk. She is a literal tree-hugger! Doesn’t she look at peace in the soil? Maybe it is her happy place. How long do you think it took her owner to figure out where she was?
This Guitar Case Is Dual Purpose
Who would have thought that there were certain dog breeds shaped like a guitar? The dog in this photo was more than content in the case, but we bet that it had something to do with the scent. It must have smelled like his owner! This might not look all that comfortable to you and me, but he does not seem at all bothered. The neck of the guitar case cradled his head, while he curled up his body in the bigger part.
The Planter Is Just The Right Size
You are looking at a cat owned by a green thumb. It is not hard to figure out that this is the case since there are many pots filled with soil here. We also spot a long flower planter, although there is no plant nor soil in there. Instead, there is a cat conked out inside! Doesn’t she look comfy in there? The planter looks a bit too small, though. She even had to tuck her paws in so closely that we can hardly see them.
She Just Wanted To Try The Boots
While we have no idea how he ended up there, this pooch found solace in the rainboot of her owner. She is even standing upright with her head and front paws poking out. We are sure that it was not easy to stand on her hind legs. This only makes us even more curious about how she got in there. The boot must have been on its side when she backed into it and flopped upright with the shoe.
Looking For The Body
This feline figured out how to squeeze himself into a tiny plastic cup. It drives us crazy because we can’t see where his body went. The animal was positioned in such a way that makes it seem like only his head was in there. As a general rule of thumb, the fluffier the animal, the funnier they look in tight spaces like this one. The fur disappeared and made his proportions look completely off. What a hilarious photo!
He Needs A Manual On How To Use Benches
The Great Dane in the photo was much too big to fit normally on a park bench. It needed to use some creativity if it wanted to lay down on it. This canine was on all fours as it rested its bottom on the backrest. What makes the photo even more hilarious is how the woman beside him is looking the other way. It feels like she did not even notice or care! On top of it, there is also a small chihuahua in this photo. This provides us an even better idea of just how big the sleeping dog is.
The Most Flexible Cat Ever Made
Is this cat a contortionist? That is the only logical way to explain how she managed to fit in the shoebox. We are blown away that she could bend like that and even fit into the box. This feline bent to the side while she was on her back. Her head was somehow lying beside her stomach. One of her arms had been stretched out of there, although the other one had been tucked away where we could not see.
He Must Be Eager For A Wash
We can tell that this pooch must really like the smell of his owner. After all, we can’t think of any other reason he would be curling up over a pile of dirty laundry. Dogs are affectionate creatures that like to feel close to their owners. Isn’t it adorable to see how big this chocolate Labrador is? The laundry basket is dwarfed by him! He could hardly fit in there even though he was already curled up in a tight ball.
This Shoe Is Also A Cat Bed
Pets seem to love items and objects that carry the scent of their owners. These things offer them some comfort, especially when they are alone in the house. In general, no one wants to sniff shoes. This kitten is an exception to the rule. As you can see in this photo, she fell asleep in one that belongs to her owner! To be fair, it does look like a very comfy slipper with its fur lining. Perhaps its size makes it even comfier.
Dogs Get Food Coma As Well
Each and every single one of us has been there. We have all fallen into a deep food coma after a heavy meal. Check out this puppy, who probably just went through that. The other possibility is that he loved his kibble so much that he would rather snuggle up to it instead! At any rate, he seems perfectly fine lying on top of a dish full of dog food. His owners must have let out squeals of delight after seeing him!
The Cat In The Casserole Dish
Check out this so-called “cat-sserole dish.” Get it? This cat fit in the dish perfectly, although she had to keep her head upright to make it work. The dish is made of glass, so you can see the way her paws were squished in there. Even though we would not be rushing to change places with her, cats are all right with squeezes. Let us not forget that they are all used to resting on their paws. This is not new to them at all.
He Is A Literal Underdog
What could possibly be cuter than a pup? The answer to that question is a pup that has found himself in a tight spot. This little guy somehow managed to crawl into the bottom of this swivel chair. There also happens to be someone sitting in the said chair. It must be the owner of the dog. After all, it is not a secret that dogs love to be as close to their owners as possible. This is a common thing, especially when they are still young. The cutie in this photo just wanted to stay by the side of his owner no matter what!
This Is A Special Cat Compartment
The cat was the perfect size for this plastic drawer. It is not the biggest one out there, so perhaps it would be more accurate to call it a miniature dresser instead. It cannot be all that much bigger than a shoebox, but it has enough space for this feline. This furry baby had been lying on its stomach and looks peaceful in her tiny spot. Don’t forget – she can always get up and leave if she did not feel happy!
The Best View In The House
This canine found the best window to stare out from. It happens to be right on top of the kitchen sink. The dog was determined and found a way to climb the counter and into the sink. While it is a smidge too small, he did not seem to care. He just really wanted to enjoy the view no matter what it took. We wonder what it was that they were looking at! It was so preoccupied that it did not even notice his photo was being taken.
It Was Exactly The Right Shape
The cardboard box below comes with cutouts in the shape of a cupholder. However, it was not made to hold drinks. We are guessing that it came with fragile items or some electronic device. At any rate, it must have been the same shape as the cat in this photo. She fit just right between all the cutouts, even though she had to curl her back a bit. While we would personally prefer a more luxurious sleeping place, this did the job for her. Perhaps she was even under the assumption that the owner got it all for her.
Getting A Little Fun In The Sun
As you can see in this photo, the lovely dog is too big for this plater box. Why did a dog that old decide to try and fit into such a tight space in the first place? We have no idea. In our opinion, puppies can be forgiven for their curiosity and foolishness, but grown dogs should know better. At any rate, this furry pal seems to have realized the error of his ways. Based on the look on his face, he regrets it already.
The Cardboard Box Is Comfy Enough For Her
We wonder just how much effort it took this cat to squeeze into the box. This cat has fur so thick that it makes him look bigger than his real size. The truth is that he has a leaner body than this photo might make you think. The rectangular box is the perfect size for this fellow. On top of that, the cardboard can stretch out a bit on the sides. There is no need to worry about the cat getting squished too much.
More Of A Plant Than A Dog
The dog in this photo is resting in the pot as if it is just another chair. This dog must like the feeling of soil against his fur. If not, maybe he just really wanted to get as close to the plant as possible. In fact, the pooch could pass for a plant himself with the way he is sitting up in there. The cone around his head makes it all the more convincing. Are we absolutely sure that this is not a photo of a sunflower?
A Puppy In A Pot
Check out this pup, who was just relaxing in the pot as if it were the most normal thing in the world. It is hardly big enough for him. He even had to hang his head off the side. Something tells us that this is not the most comfortable position out there. Why did he even choose this position? We do not know the answer to that question for sure, but maybe he just wanted to be around nature. This pot of dirt will simply have to do in the meantime.
