Indian model, actress, and author, Persis Khambatta, will always be remembered as Lieutenant Ilia from the 1979 film Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

Khambatta was also the third Indian woman to have participated in the Miss Universe pageant. Sadly she died at age 49 in 1998 due to a heart attack.
Sherry Jackson – Andrea
Former child star Sherry Jackson had a guest appearances on the original Star Trek series. Now she might actually be best remembered as the older daughter Terry Williams on The Danny Thomas Show (also known as Make Room for Daddy during its first three seasons) from 1953–1958.
