Teddy Bridgewater
Assuming Philip Rivers chooses to retire, Los Angeles will have an open spot. While Teddy Two Gloves is not the flashiest of players, he is at least a legitimate option under center. He has the ability to efficiently move the ball, and rarely causes turnovers. If LA chooses to draft a quarterback (such as Justin Herbert or Tua Tagovailoa), a good stop-gap in the interim would be Bridgewater. (Prediction: Los Angeles Chargers)
Shaquil Barrett
A massive payday is coming Barrett’s way. As of December 5th, he is the NFL leader in sacks (14.5). Pass-rushing traits has become a major premium in the game today, so the 27-year-old will not have a shortage of suitors. It shouldn’t come as a surprise if the rival Atlanta Falcons attempts to woo Barrett. Atlanta is desperate need of pass-rushing brilliance, and the Barrett show was in front of them all season. (Prediction: Atlanta Falcons)
