Limit Your Intake Of Painkillers
According to a study conducted by the New England Journal of Medicine, heavy use of painkillers like Advil or Tylenol results in 5,000 kidney failure cases in the United States each year. Taking a painkiller is most dangerous after you have been fasting. Painkillers are dangerous because they decrease the blood flowing to the kidneys, which can cause plenty of stress on the kidneys after some time. The occasional painkiller for your backache or headache is generally okay, though.
