Meg Ryan was a prominent actress in romance films in the 80’s and 90’s before retiring and moving behind the camera, to work as a director. Nowadays, she uses her business connections to finance and produce independent movies. Since 2010, she has remained in this role. Ryan has released films such as Lives of Saints, Long Time Gone, Half the Sky, The Human Comedy, among others.

Terrence Howard
Howard starred in popular TV show Empire before announcing his retirement at the conclusion of the series. Fans were unsurprisingly sad, but Howard had stated that he had grown “tired of pretending”, regarding acting. Howard has indicated however that he may steer towards producing in the future.
