She has since left the acting industry and opened a lifestyle brand that has a focus on cooking. She formally opened a cooking company and released a cookbook in 2015.

During the ‘80s, Phoebe Cates starred in a couple of movies. The list includes Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Gremlins. However, she later explained that she did not really like acting nor the industry and said that she was only in it “for the money.” We hope that she is happier as the owner of a clothing store!
