Marvel fans were hit with a double whammy when Netflix announced that it was not only pulling the plug on The Punisher but Jessica Jones as well. It marked the end of an official multi-series project between the network and Marvel, which began in 2013. Netflix said that it is glad to have aired such a good show, but fans were stunned that there was no new season to look out for. Not only was it beloved among fans, but it has also received accolades at the Peabody Awards and more.

‘Friends From College’ (Cancelled)
On Twitter, director and co-creator Nicholas Stoller announced that Friends from College won’t return for another season. In the tweet, he also extended his gratitude to everyone who watched the show during its run of two seasons. It had a great cast with Fred Savage, Colbie Smulders, Keegan-Michael Key, and more. While it was a star-studded show, it failed to achieve a lot of viewership, which is why Netflix decided to cancel it. As you can see, Netflix went through a thorough cleanup in 2019.
