We don’t know about you, but we’re a big fan of Diet Coke and other fizzy drinks in flights. Those who prefer less fizzy drinks, however, earn the good favor of flight attendants in flights around the world. Why? Flight attendants have said that fizzy drinks, especially Diet Coke, are the most difficult drinks to pour because of their bubbly nature. Some flight attendants have explained that it takes three times longer to fill up a cup of Diet Coke versus other things. Guess we’re all ordering orange juice for our next flight.

Flight attendants dress to impress, and for a very good reason. Making your flight as enjoyable as possible is part of their job description! Does that mean you can ask out your flight attendant for a drink after their shift is over? Technically yes, as there are not any rules prohibiting flight attendants and crew from getting to know one another a little better beyond the pleasantries exchanged in-flight. However, it’s likely that they’ll say no, considering the high number of passengers that hit on them daily.
