The Road to Nowhere
Gould encountered various obstacles throughout his life, such as the death of his beloved wife in 1998. As a result of being considered an unfit parent, he also lost custody of his son. Gould became depressed as a result and started abusing prescription drugs. He eventually lost his job and was forced to live on the streets.
