It is not easy to live on the streets, but it is even more difficult when you are only a kitten. This was what happened to a tiny feline who lived on the streets of the Bay Area. This poor animal was only a couple of weeks old and living on her own. It was a good thing that she was discovered by caring sisters who opened their homes to the baby. They called her Rosie. She then got to meet a pack of Huskies, who happen to be her new siblings! But how did these animals get along under one roof?
On The Streets Of San Jose
Even though people imagine sunshine when they think of California, this is not the reality for the entire state. Rosie started her journey in San Jose, which is not as warm as the south of the state. It is not rare for temperatures to go down to the 40s at night. This was simply far too cold for a kitten of two weeks! If this had gone on for longer, the stray kitten would not have survived. It was a good thing that two good Samaritans came to her aid and gave her a shot at the good life!
The Bui Sisters And A Kitten
Back then, things looked grim for the kitten. It was hard enough to simply survive on her own, but the cold only made things harder for her. She had no idea yet, but she was about to be rescued! Thi and Tram Bui were the pair of sisters who discovered her near the home of an acquaintance. They had one more sister by the name of Thoa, who was an animal lover. She was no stranger to rescuing poor creatures, which was the reason Thi and Tram had no qualms about bringing the kitten home with them. However, things did not go as smoothly as they had in mind.
