Bringing Her Along With Them
The Bui sisters knew that the plan is a bit strange. They wanted to take Rosie when they took the huskies out! “I was like, ‘You’re crazy, we’re going to look ridiculous,” Thoa said. At any rate, they gave it a shot. “[W]e do [look ridiculous] sometimes, but that’s okay… Basically, whatever we do with the dogs, we bring Rosie along,” explained Thoa some more. The sisters were just happy that the pets were happy!

Rosie clearly thought that she was another dog, which has led to antics that make the Bui sisters laugh. However, there might be nothing funnier than the way she does her business. Let us just say that she does not use a litter box as most “normal” cats would. No, she has learned to do her potty activities the “doggy way.” When Thoa was interviewed by ABC News, she said, “When [Rosie] saw Lilo and the dogs went outside to potty, she started doing the same… When they were leashed to go on walks, Lilo wanted to be leashed and to come along, too.” However, Rosie and the huskies were almost out of time. Why? Well, Thoa needed to look for a more permanent living situation.
