It isn’t our intention to be rude; however, it’s completely true and pretty unbelievable that Peggy’s maiden name happens to be Wanker. Today, it is a swear word which is used in British slang, but in 1987, back when the show first aired, the word was not really used that way. If the producers of the show had the chance to fast forward Married… With Children to this day, this might not have passed. But then again, who knows what producers are willing to put on these days.
