It turns out that his beautiful daughter, Mia has a cleft lip and palate. It’s a condition that happens when the lip fails to attach itself to the skull. The good thing is that it can be treated. Still, there is a chance that the child might develop difficulties in talking.

Mia, his daughter, was able to undergo an operation to adjust the cleft palate and lip back in 2014. Her parents were anxious to see the results but what helped them was the overwhelming support they received from the fans. Thankfully the surgery went well. This was what pushed them to start a foundation to help other children who have the same condition.
