With her bilingual abilities, Mariana Atencio has earned the respect and attention of both the American and Latin American communities. In the past, she has held positions with Univision and Fusion TV. In 2016, she finally entered the world of American journalism when she snagged an anchor and correspondent job at MSNBC. Back then, she was the only Latina correspondent at the network. She still paves the way for members of her community even to this day. Typically, she reports special interest stories that affect the Latino population. Aside from that, she covers national interest stories as well.

It is not a stretch to call Robin Meade a CNN institution. In 2011, she started to work at the network. Her first day with HLN, its subsidiary, was September 11 of that year. It was a day that filled everyone with sadness. It was even more stressful for journalists who remember what it was like in the field on 9-11.
