Being an ER nurse one attends to patients often in a fragile state, unstable condition, and deals with traumatic events and experiences along the way. This specific nursing position is for an individual who works well when stressed out and when placed in scenarios that require them to relax, focus, and direct their attention appropriately in a time of chaos.
