He made his way to the seats located at the back of the bus. Seating near the back door, which was also used as the bus’ exit during an emergency, was a part of his escape plan. The driver already stepped on the gas and drove to their destination. As soon as it made a quick stop, Walter was also quick in stepping out of the bus through the back door. He hid in a safe place to change his clothes, then immediately ran away.

It definitely did the damage. Captains normally wouldn’t take swearing aimed at them all that seriously, they would ignore it. However, Walter wasn’t all that lucky. This specific captain was very different. He had no sympathy for Walter.
