Brad Nessler is one of the most famous sports commentators out there. He used to be a radio analyst and covered the games of the Dolphins, Vikings, and Falcons before getting a deal with CBS Sports. After this, he did NCAA and NBA coverage. He was a regular on Monday Night Football by the mid 2000s. Even though he now works with CBS, he was with the NFL Network very briefly. He makes $1.5 million a year.

Jim Rosenthal has also covered a great deal of pro sports. Soccer fans will know that he is the lead MUTV commentator for the World Cup. He initially tried to get into sports journalism and worked on Hockey Scene and Snooker Scene in the past. He also did boxing coverage for ITV. He earns $1 million a year.
