Matt Cappotelli is another wrestler who became famous thanks to WWE Tough Enough. Sadly, the former OVW Heavyweight Champion received a cancer diagnosis. His brain tumor kept growing, so he got a risky two-hour operation. It was only partially successful because it was too risky to operate on part of the tumor. He ended up dying in 2018, partly because of this.

Perry Satullo AKA Perry Saturn served in the military before he went into pro wrestling. His WWE days got cut short, however. Rumors say he is now homeless, bankrupt, and addicted to many illegal substances. He also has many health issues such as brain injury, daily headaches, and lack of stability.
