An Incredible Season

Webber didn’t take this amazing deal lightly…he showed up for his team, proving his superb talent. He ended up driving the Kings to a record-breaking season with 61 wins and only 21 losses. During the 2002 Western Conference Finals, the L.A. Lakers ended up unexpectedly beating the Kings, crushing the team’s dreams of appearing in a championship in over 50 years. During Chris’ last years with the Kings, he ran into injuries, later joining the Philadelphia 76ers in 2005.
