Many presidential nominees had tried to get support from the various states. Most of them went to the Iowa State Fair. It was known for the fantastic food sold like bacon-wrapped chicken wings, butter cake shakes, caramel-dipped pecan pie, fried avocado, corn dogs, bacon balls, and many more. It might be the reason why the state was suffering from a high obesity rate.

In Oklahoma, the children aged ten to seventeen obesity rates were 18%. The state was ranked sixth in the US when it talked about the highest obesity rate. The value of the kids who were aged six to eleven that were suffering from obesity was doubled. The number of kids who were twelve to nineteen was quadrupled. Experts claimed that children were gaining weight because of energy drinks, sports drinks, and sodas.
