From Florida, Shay Ryan grew up in Fort Lauderdale. She studied at the University of Florida and obtained a telecommunications degree. It is impressive to know that she holds a master’s degree in geoscience from Mississippi State University. Over the years, she has been working in Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi and New York. Her coverage includes weather conditions such as heatwaves, hurricanes, floods, and storms. She is currently working as a meteorologist on WFTS-TV covering the St. Petersburgh and Tampa areas.

Lauren Sanchez moved after high school from her hometown of New Mexico to Los Angeles. She went to the University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in communications. She began her career as a desk assistant at KCOP-TV in LA. She has successfully climbed the career ladder to get to her current job. She was a reporter and anchor for KTVK-TV in Phoenix and a reporter for Extra. Don’t forget about her stints on KTTV Fox-11, Fox Sports Net and The View!
