According to the Department of Health, 45% of the people living in Marylander had blood pressure, 47% had high cholesterol, and 23% had diabetes.

Illinois was known for the horseshoe sandwich and was considered an unofficial state meal. It was created in Springfield, Illinois. We only need a thick slice of bread, a piece of the roast beef or burger patty, a lot of hash browns or french fries, and filled it with sausage gravy. We could also imagine what food was like if we were in the state.
